Dashboard features

• Sales overview: orders, revenue, and performance

How to use

1. Sign in as Sales and enter your credentials
2. Open the dashboard for the overview and recent orders
3. Use Place order for a new customer order
4. Export a date range when you need a report
5. Track status and fulfillment acceptance
6. Add and update customers from the customers page

Fulfillment features

• Order processing: move orders through each stage
• Status updates: tracking and stage completion
• Label printing: shipping labels for completed orders
• WhatsApp: notify the customer
• Device configuration: mark Not applicable when a step does not apply
